Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement

Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  3. Remove the drive belt from the compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  4. Remove the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose from the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (Qty :3)

Caution:

Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten
