Preliminary Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
  2. Remove the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly from the thermal expansion valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement.

Thermal Expansion Valve Bolts (Qty :2)

Caution:

Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten
