  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  2. Remove the evaporative emissions canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement.

Evaporative Emissions Canister Vent Solenoid Valve

Procedure

Turn the evaporative emission canister vent solenoid valve counter clockwise 45 degrees and remove the solenoid from the evaporative emissions canister.
