Chevrolet Sonic Repair Manual: Exhaust Manifold Removal
- Remove the 9 exhaust manifold nuts (4).
- Remove the 2 exhaust manifold bolts (2)
- Remove the exhaust manifold (3) and gasket (1).
- Clean all of the gasket surfaces.
Exhaust Manifold Installation
Clean the exhaust manifold sealing surface.
Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket (1) to the cylinder head.
