Chevrolet Sonic Repair Manual: Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement
- Removal Procedure

- Remove the fuel feed pressure sensor. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement - Fuel Feed Pipe.
- Disconnect the fuel feed pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
- Remove the plastic retainer (1) and disconnect the fuel feed pipe (2).
- Lift and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Disconnect the fuel feed pipe (1) from the plastic retainers (2).
- Disconnect the fuel feed pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
- Remove the fuel feed pipe.

- Installation Procedure

- Install the fuel feed pipe.
- Connect the fuel feed pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
- Connect the fuel feed pipe (2) to the plastic retainers (1).
- Connect the fuel feed pipe (2) and install the plastic retainer (1).
- Connect the fuel feed pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
- Install the fuel feed pressure sensor. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement - Fuel Feed Pipe.
