Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  2. Remove the oil level indicator tube. Refer to Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

Caution:

Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten
