Chevrolet Sonic Repair Manual: Exhaust Manifold Installation
- Clean the exhaust manifold sealing surface.
- Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket (1) to the cylinder head.
- Install the exhaust manifold (3) and tighten the NEW nuts (4) to 20 Y (15 lb ft)
.
- Install the 2 exhaust manifold bracket bolts (2) to 20 Y (15 lb ft)
.
