Preliminary Procedure

Unclip the engine control module (ECM) and bracket from the battery tray.

Gear Position Sensor Magnet Bolt

Caution:

Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten


8 Y (71 lb ft)

Procedure

  1. Disconnect electrical connector
  2. After installation is complete, learn neutral gear sensor. Refer to Control Module References.
