Floor mat installation
Your Nissan Armada is equipped with floor mat positioning hooks designed to secure mats firmly in place. The number and layout of these hooks may vary depending on seating position and vehicle configuration.
When installing floor mats in your Nissan Armada, follow these steps carefully:
1. Place the floor mat in the appropriate footwell, ensuring that the grommet holes align with the positioning hooks.
2. Attach the grommets securely to the hooks and confirm that the mat lies flat without movement.
3. Verify that the floor mat does not obstruct pedal movement. With the ignition OFF and the transmission in the P (Park) position, fully depress and release each pedal to ensure proper operation. The mat must not restrict pedal travel or prevent full return.
If you are unsure about proper installation, consult a NISSAN dealer for guidance specific to your Nissan Armada.
