BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

- Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
- Remove the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the engine using BO-38185
Hose Clamp Pliers .
- Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the engine.

- Remove the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the radiator using BO-38185
Hose Clamp Pliers .
- Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
- Remove the radiator outlet hose from the vehicle.
- Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the radiator using
BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the engine.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at the engine using BO-38185
Hose Clamp Pliers .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
Repair Procedure
Note: If the radiator is leaky, replace it. Refer to Radiator
Replacement.
Pressure test the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Leak Testing.
