Special Tools
EN-45059 Angle Meter
- Clean the timing belt tensioner thread.
- Install the timing belt tensioner (2).
- Install a NEW timing belt tensioner bolt (1) and tighten the bolt in 3 passes using the EN-45059 meter.
- First pass to 20 Y (15 lb ft)
.
- Second pass to an additional 120 degrees
.
- Final pass to an additional 15 degrees
.
