WARNING
Failure to properly follow the safety guidelines and operating instructions for the Nissan Armada Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (I-BSI) system may result in serious injury or even fatal accidents.
The Nissan Armada Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (I-BSI) system enhances driver awareness by detecting vehicles in adjacent lanes and, when necessary, actively assisting the driver by gently guiding the vehicle back toward the center of its lane.

Example
The Nissan Armada I-BSI system combines radar sensors (A), located near the rear bumper, with a forward-facing camera (B) mounted behind the windshield. This dual-sensor setup allows the system to monitor both surrounding vehicles and lane markings simultaneously for enhanced accuracy.

Detection zone
The detection area of the Nissan Armada extends from the side mirrors to approximately 10 ft (3.0 m) behind the vehicle and about 10 ft (3.0 m) outward on each side. This enables the system to effectively monitor blind spots and nearby traffic conditions.
