Terms

Before loading your Nissan Armada, it is essential to understand the following key terms related to vehicle weight and capacity to ensure safe and efficient operation:

Curb Weight (actual weight of your Nissan Armada) – the total weight of the vehicle including standard and optional equipment, all operating fluids, emergency tools, and the spare tire assembly.

This value does not include passengers or cargo.
GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) – the combined weight of the Nissan Armada including curb weight plus passengers and cargo.
GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) – the maximum allowable total weight of the Nissan Armada, including the unloaded vehicle, passengers, cargo, trailer tongue weight, hitch components, and any additional accessories. This specification can be found on the F.M.V.S.S./C.M.V.S.S. certification label.
