    Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution.

  1. Re-cut the timing belt idler pulley thread.
  2. Install the timing belt idler pulley (2) and tighten the NEW timing belt idler pulley bolt (1) a first pass to 20 Y (15 lb ft)

    .

  3. Tighten the NEW timing belt idler pulley bolt a second pass to an additional 120 degrees

    , using the EN-45059 meter.

  4. Tighten the NEW timing belt idler pulley bolt a final pass to an additional 15 degrees

    , using the EN-45059 meter.
