Disable the SIR system, if equipped. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.

Windshield Side Garnish Molding Assembly

Procedure

  1. Tabs must be installed prior to retainers.
  2. Tabs to be fully seated in the instrument panel (I/P) trim panel retainer and valance panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Ensure the tether is reattached when installed.
