Chevrolet Sonic Repair Manual: Input Shaft Assemble

    Note:

    Ensure the input shaft rear bearing retaining ring (2) is placed on the input shaft before installing the input shaft rear bearing assembly (1).

  1. Place the input shaft rear bearing retaining ring (2) on the input shaft.
  2. Install the input shaft rear bearing assembly (1) using the J-840733 driver and a hydraulic press.
