Emergency engine shut off

If it becomes necessary to immediately shut off the Nissan Armada engine while driving due to an emergency, follow one of the procedures below:

Quickly press the push-button ignition switch three times within 1.5 seconds, or
Press and hold the push-button ignition switch for more than 2 seconds.

These emergency shutdown procedures allow the Nissan Armada engine to stop safely in critical situations. However, steering and braking effort may increase once the engine is turned off, so maintain firm control of the vehicle.
